TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATE
SEPTEMBER 2023 - MAY 2025
A comprehensive teacher training including yoga anatomy, asana, pranayama, lesson and course planning, responsibilities of a yoga teacher, yoga philosophy and personal development. Students’ progress will be assessed through written assignments, microteaching of peers, personal classes and an ongoing reflective practice.

LUCIE LANDAU
Lead Tutor
Lucie’s interest in yoga started with her first visit to India when she was 17. At 18 she met her spiritual teacher and trained with him for over 30 years, sometimes spending several months a year in India. Her main interest is yoga philosophy and how to apply it in daily life.

In 1999 Lucie re-trained as a yoga teacher and then went on to SOAS to do a degree in Hindi and Indian philosophy.
Lucie teaches regular classes, workshops, meditation courses and runs retreats. She has been teaching the BWY Foundation Course and Teacher Training Diploma courses since 2005 at her studio in Robertsbridge, East Sussex.

ANNA KNOWLES
Assistant Teacher
Anna is a newly qualified British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Course Tutor (teacher trainer) holding the BWY Teaching Diploma (500hrs) and a Yoga Nidra Teaching Certificate, has completed a Meditation Course with Satyananda Yoga Centre and training in Yoga for Menopause and Yoga for Restful Sleep.

Anna has been teaching in the Hampshire & Surrey area for the last 9 years offering weekly classes, workshops, weekend retreats and BWY Foundation Courses.
