Centring in constructive rest followed by 10 rounds of the WHO breath, some gentle movement to help release tension from the body, restorative postures include legs on a sofa/chair/up the wall, a supported side lying posture and forward facing savasana (with or without a bolster), concluding with a yoga nidra for rest and rejuvenation. Props: * yoga strap or dressing gown belt * bolster or 2 firm pillows securely wrapped in a blanket * 2 or 3 blankets * 2 bricks and/or sofa cushions * eye pillow if you have one I hope the session brings you some deep rest x
