X2 CLASSES A WEEK

Summer Term
From 19th April - 28th May inclusive (x12 classes) - open level
Attend two classes a week, creating a safe container for your practice. There are many benefits in committing to a regular sustained practice.
REST, RESTORE & RECHARGE

Restorative session held once a month.
Take time each month to rest, restore and recharge. Sessions will include breath work, gentle stretching, restorative postures and either yoga nidra for deep rest or sound healing using tuning forks to help recharge your batteries.
