MEDITATION CLASSES

Meditation Class

Including gentle movement, pranayama and meditation to help establish a regular practice.  

No prior experience is necessary.

REST, RESTORE & RECHARGE

Relaxation

Restorative session held last Fri of each month.


Take time each month to rest, restore and recharge.  Sessions will include breath work, gentle stretching, restorative postures and either yoga nidra for deep rest or sound healing using tuning forks to help recharge your batteries.
