This course includes 3 recorded talks and 3 recorded yoga practices covering: * What is menopause? * The stages of menopause * Health risks associated with menopause * Managing symptoms * Sleep hygiene * Yoga sequences to help manage symptoms * Lifestyle and nutrition * Moving into wholeness * Useful tips and supporting handouts * Resources for further exploration The practices are designed to support the liver, adrenals and thyroid, three organs often needing support at this time. Please note a short health questionnaire is required to be completed, which is included with Session 1. The recordings are available indefinitely so you can take your time to go through the course and go back and repeat at anytime. There is also the option to sign up for Bioresonance Hormone Balancing using state of the art voice and photo recognition technology.
