Service Description

Gentle Hatha Yoga class including breath work, postures and a long relaxation to restore the mind/body to equanimity. Beginners welcome. Spring Term including 10 sessions. Starting Monday 5th January - 2nd February and 2nd - 30th March 20256. Please note no classes on 9th, 16th and 23rd February.
