AUTUMN YOGA RETREAT

Future proof some time for yourself, to be looked after with nourishing food and nurturing yoga. Join Lucie and I on this special weekend retreat, to soak in the beautiful colours of autumn.
Taking place at the lovely Franciscan Centre on the outskirts of leafy Godalming in Surrey. The centre make all their own wonderful home cooked food and of course we'll be practising lots of lovely yoga.
Arrival 4pm on Friday 25th, departure 4pm on Sunday 27th.
A full programme will be on offer, participate in as much or as little as feels right for you.
Energising morning practices, restorative afternoon sessions, a woodland walk, yoga philosophy, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation and sound healing with Biofield Tuning.
Fully catered including breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffee available throughout.
Rooms are based on single occupancy ensuite. Several twin rooms and a triple room are available on request.
The retreat cost is £475 per person.
£125 non-refundable deposit secures your place, with the balance due by 14th August 2026.
