Service Description

Gentle Hatha Yoga class including breath work, postures and a long relaxation to restore the mind/body to equanimity. Beginners welcome. Summer Term including 10 sessions. Starting Monday 13th April - 13th July 2026. Please note there are no classes on 4th, 11th, 25th May and 1st June 2026.
